Manifesting Money Under Stressful Conditions: How to Keep Your Cool

To manifest money with the law of attraction, you need to continually keep shifting your focus so that you are more tuned in to abundance than you are to lack. This is hard enough when everything in your life is running smoothly, but when you are really struggling with financial problems it can be monumentally difficult.

Is it even possible to keep your mind focused on abundance when you are surrounded by chronic lack? Is it possible to feel prosperous when you don't have enough money to cover all of your financial obligations? Is it possible to overcome feelings of doom and dread and put your trust in an abundant universe? Absolutely!

Before you do anything else, it's a good idea to come up with any ideas you can think of that will help you get some money coming in quickly. Perhaps take on a second job part time, or sell one or more of your valuables, or cut back on expenses that aren't absolute necessities. Small action steps like these can reduce the pressure you feel to manifest money quickly, which will help you ease the resistance you feel about it. Then you can relax and focus on improving your thoughts for the long-term.

Once you've done all you can do physically, the next vital step is to start letting go of your fear and anxiety. Remember that these feelings are complete opposites of the feelings that allow abundance into your life. The more stressed and fearful you feel, the less money you will allow! Why? Because in a stressful or fearful state you are not aligned vibrationally with the essence of abundance. You are more aligned with the essence of lack and scarcity. So, feeling calmer, happier and relaxed is crucial.

How exactly can you get into this relaxed state of mind?

Meditation is a great way to start! Nothing fancy; just sitting quietly, emptying your mind and breathing deeply for a few minutes daily will do wonders for your stress levels. You'll start feeling better and better, and before long you will notice more money starting to flow in. Maybe not massive amounts at first, but little by little they should increase both in size and how often they show up.

Another good activity for relaxation involves doing things you really enjoy. Make time to read books you enjoy (positive books are best), take walks in pretty settings, curl up with your kids or spouse to watch something uplifting on television. As you focus on these more positive activities, your thoughts will naturally move away from negative thoughts and worries, and you will automatically start tuning into the frequency of solutions. These solutions can often occur to you very spontaneously, when you least expected to receive them.

No matter how you do it, make it your number one priority to let go of stress and feel happier on a regular basis. That alone will have a dramatic impact on your finances over time. Keep in mind that you probably won't transform everything all at once - changes will happen gradually. However, once you see even a small bit of improvement you will be inspired to stick with it and keep working at it daily, ushering in larger changes as time goes on.
